Look what came in the mail yesterday!!! It was such a surprise. I love Disney and receiving a Disney Dreamers and Doers Award is really special. Moving to Florida has been hard, starting my work here has been hard, I don’t know anyone and no one has really heard of We Care Bears. But I’m working hard to change that.

Life here is Florida has been very different than San Diego. I’m taking all advanced placement classes in my last year of Middle School, was invited to BETA Club, and have been accepted into the Engineering Program at high school. BUT We Care Bears is still going strong.

Make A Difference Day is ONE day of service that keeps giving. Today we were able to donate 20 bags of We Care Bears to Apopka Police and Apopka Fire Departments. It was so nice to get to meet everyone, even the Major of Apopka came out.

Wolf Lake Middle School ROCKED their first ever Make A Difference Day Bear Drive. In one short week they collected 230 brand new stuffed animals - I'm so proud of my new school.

A few weeks ago I got an e-mail from American Greetings Entertainment. American Greetings Entertainment owns Care Bears. When I found out we were going to be driving to Orange I asked my Mom if she would call the Orange Police Department to see if we could bring bears to them while we are were in town. The really nice Lieutenant my mom talked to said they would to have some and that they had about 30 vehicles.
